The whole is more than the sum of its parts.

Questions/topics that my customers bring along:
- Team branding: "What do we stand for?”, "What is our USP?" or "What are we proud of?"
- We could do more as a team if...
- Our team is being set up anew for a (project) task - how can we distribute the tasks in the best possible way?
- Again and again there are discrepancies and conflicts.
- What is our mutual understanding within the team?
Most people work together with others
– this has got many advantages, for instance the diversity of skills and ideas. Two minds think more than one, and four eyes see more than two ones do. As the number of team members increases, so do the opportunities for tasks and challenges – of course with an impact on what a team is able to perform.
Recognizing and naming competencies, clarifying goals and assigning tasks to competencies is crucial for team success.
We develop team mission statements, look at team communication and clarify issues if needed.
Aim of the whole: Active and motivated team members, good team understanding and stability.
In team development coachings we therefore look at the following topics, among others:
- Analysis and naming of competencies
- "Right people to the right job" - matching competencies to tasks
- active role and behaviour of teams
- „Team Branding“ - what do we stand for?
